Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a scientific method of diagnosis that utilizes specialized
muscle testing to evaluate the major systems of your body, thus helping to determine
the precise treatment for you and your condition.
In the 1960's Dr. George Goodheart made a monumental discovery--all major muscles
in the body relate to specific organs and glands. For example: the biceps is related
to the stomach, abdominals are related to the small intestine, and the calf muscles
are related to the stress-handling glands called the "adrenal glands". Weakness
upon testing of these muscles not only can indicate poor control of the muscle,
but also poor function of an organ or gland due to blocked blood flow, nerve flow,
lymphatic flow or acupuncture channels. There could also be a specific nutritional
need or even an emotional issue that needs to be addressed to correct the problem.
Applied Kinesiology draws upon a wide variety of therapies to improve your health, some of which include:
